Outlook and Remedy Integration

Hi
I am trying to make this application work but it does not.
I installed it, configure everything as needed on outlook (I can see the remedy button), i get the AR notifications but do not see it in my task list
Any idea?
Is there any other application that does the same?

I can see the remedy toolbar in Outlook but when I put the password and click ok it gives me message
Cannot open catelog, message number=214
any idea how to configure it.
