We are running Remedy 7.5 in a multi-tiered environment. Can I use this API to connect to a AR server to query if a change record has been approved?

We have a automated Hosting control system I made here at honeywell, and We would like to query the AR system to see if they have a valid change record that is approved.

If this is viable, other then the perl libraries for this module, can I run this on another server in the same LAN as the AR servers and query this information?
