Less than 6 min video posted on you-tube an year ago, it has all you need to know if you are afraid of taking exam or doesn’t even know why you need ITIL certification.

As always don’t prepare yourself to pass the exam, instead prepare yourself to understand the concepts and ideas behind it. You will do great in not just the exam but in every day implementations also.

I am taking the exam in September
