Here is the document released by BMC this Monday which reads… Statement of Direction .. and Discontinue of the Windows Remedy User Tool… a.k.a Thick client from 2012 after releasing BMC Remedy 8.0.0

    Its not wise move according to me, and BMC may have to please so many to get this universally accepted.

    I see developer rants all over this but its the customer about whom BMC should worry about.
