We have oracle 9I and are setting up a stand alone box with Remedy 7.6.03. We cannot run the cetup.sh off of the cd so we are going to copy it onto the database server. My question is does it matter where we put the setup.sh file? If so, what dir should we create and where?

Hi Mark,

You need to have a valid AR Server and any pre-requisites for installing ARServer.
When we run Incident Mgt installer, it will import all the forms and workflows that are required.

We are in the initial phases of installing Remedy 7.6. A decision has been made to start with Incident Management as the first module. What other supporting applications would be needed for this module to be installed?
