Is Independent Remedy Development Dead?

I received a new email from BMC Education Services the other day as they are now offering new certifications, and they are interesting: BMC Certified Professional and BMC Certified Expert.

Dead EndBMC Certified Professional: Validates technical competencies and expertise needed to install and configure the solution in a proctored lab environment to support out-of-the-box use cases. Candidates who pass the proctored exam will receive the title of BMC Certified Professional.

BMC Certified Expert: Validates technical competencies and expertise needed to deploy and configure complex use cases in a proctored lab environment. Candidates who pass the proctored exam will receive the title of BMC Certified Expert.
