Venkat is a Remedy Consultant with ample of experience in installing, developing, integrating, configuring and maintaining applications over BMC Remedy Action Request System platform. He also worked with ITSM application suite over the years to gain much needed knowledge to configure and customize according to the client needs.
Venkat mainly works on BMC Remedy platform to build applications which are currently used across Telecom, Health, Finance and Marketing industries and organizations. He likes to develop process oriented modules and tries to implement successful procedures and industry approved methods and methodologies to achieve high user satisfaction.
Apart from these his interests lie in learning new methods and methodologies related to implementing ITIL standards to achieve flawless business processes. He is also very much interested in research and analysis of new products and solutions related to BSM.
