Submit and Vote on enhancements to BMC Remedy and ITSM

October 9th, 2012

Time to submit those enhancement ideas you have but didn’t want to put in an issue to Support.  If you don’t have any ideas you can still vote for the ones that sound like a good idea.  You just need a BMC Communities login to submit/vote.

Announcement:

You might have noticed that there is a new tab available here on the BMC Remedy forums. Ideas

We at BMC are experimenting with a more community-oriented approach to soliciting specific ideas for product improvements.

We’d love to hear your own ideas: Please feel free to add your suggestions for product improvements in the ideas tab, and vote up (or down) the ideas that other people have created.
The link above takes you to the BMC Remedy ideas forum. This is for ideas relevant to the whole Remedy ITSM suite. There are also ideas forums in each of the following module-specific areas:

ITSM Process Designer ideas

Asset Management ideas

Change and Release Management ideas

Incident and Problem Management ideas
